Is there a privacy-focused accurate speech-to-text option for android?

Ideally it would run locally on device with no required connection to the internet and would allow dictation into other apps.

    You might be interested in Whisper Cpp, there is even an “example” android app in the repo. If you are looking for complete solution/app, I would probably look into apps that incorporate this lib.
