    Jesus. This article is a stark reminder that no matter how much someone is subject to ridicule and penned as a hysterical maniac, they can be very dangerous indeed and the people in support might not realise how grave a danger until its really too late. Can’t help but feel like America is toeing this line as we speak…

      Absolutely. The people in power always think they can control their pet authoritarian until they can’t.

      (Also, side note, it’s interesting to see this article in the Guardian, a publication that has been whitewashing the rhetoric around the rise of neo-fascism in Europe of late.)
