As luck would have it, I work in one of the buildings pictured. The driver is a local nuisance. He was attempting to draw attention to a conservative candidate in an election to be held the next day. This was weeks ago now. The truck was towed because you can’t park on a pedestrian mall like that. It was report he was yelling stuff about “big hairy balls” but it was after work hours so I don’t have the information first hand.

Yeah, I heard it was basically a distraction. He parked intentionally, threw out a bunch of pot/paraphernelia, got arrested, and then the Cybertruck was towed because you really can’t park on the pedestrian mall like that.
