In Ypsilanti Michigan during WW2, a film maker, Walter Pidgeon, found a girl working there named Rose Monroe. As the trend of Rosie the Riveter was taking off due to a recent hit song and Norman Rockwell doing a Rosie painting, he made a series of propaganda films with Rose. I’m looking for those films, as I am a volunteer for a museum that is on the old factory grounds. Any information on where I can find these films would be super helpful for our museum. Thanks all.
