Absolutely disgusting behavior by the Republicans.

Locking up student activists for voicing their opinion on any matter only lends credence to their argument and makes Republicans and the administration look weak and ineffectual.

How the Republican party can dare call themselves patriots, freedom-loving, or even American while they repeatedly piss on our constitutional rights is shameful. God save us, because our politicians won’t.

Modern Republican Party is essentially equivalent to 1930s Nazi party. Aame ethics, same arrogance, same actual concern for country.

Per the opinion, Boasberg will appoint an attorney to prosecute if DOJ declines to do the job. Conceivably this could even be some private practice attorney.

I suspect that adjudication would be by a different judge in the same district.

Enforcement of any punishment would go to the US Marshals. Things would get really dicy if they decline to carry out orders received from a federal judge.

This all assumes the finding of PC survives the appeal that was just noticed.

Nothing. Nothing will happen, and at this point anyone who thinks otherwise is only fooling themselves.

The word you’re searching for is “nothing”. Dictators aren’t prosecuted… they’re overthrown.
