Gorgeous! My climate is very dry which might make this kind of project difficult. Most trees survive by either constant irrigation or extremely deep roots.
It’s a pretty unique environment for North America as well. The building takes up an entire city block so it can hold the weight of what is basically a boreal forest on top. The building is almost 60 years old so the trees are quite sizable. And there are a lot of them! I can see 9 from my window and that is not close to all of them.
