Fools, all of them. You try all the beers, get to know the ins and outs of all regional styles, learn all the types of ingredients and how using them differently can achieve different effects, have really interesting conversations about different styles and what they’re trying to achieve/what motivated those choices, and then only drink IPAs.
Sometimes I even go on mostly IPA kicks but balance is important. IPA’s are good but they don’t tend to reach the peaks of an excellent beer from other styles in my opinion.
