I know the prime games are allowed as per the sidebar rules, but can there perhaps be a tag that labels these as “not free” or “subscription required”?

In my eyes there is zero difference between prime gaming and humble choice as in both cases you must pay a subscription to get games. Neither case is free.

The tag is the Prime in the title, filter that out (or just ignore it) if you don’t want to see them. As discussed in sticky post you can get a free trial and claim all the games, so that’s why it’s allowed.

Yeah you have to claim it through an Amazon account but then it adds the game to your Epic Games account. They do some through Epic, some through GOG, some through something called Legacy Games, and some just through their own launcher.

Yes, you normally must download Amazon Games to at least download these games (and then it tries to get you to use Steam-like weblinks to launch them), but the games are all DRM-free, so devs such as those behind Heroic Games Launcher offer that platform and possibly others to download them using your credentials to avoid it.

Apparently so! I’ve only ever installed its games through Lutris though, seems to work fine on the Steam Deck.
