    I wonder how difficult it would be to create a 3D printed part that could hold thermite to a road flair that is rigged to ignite on impact after being dropped from a quadcopter?

      Not all that difficult (if you have a drone capable of such a feat) but highly illegal, more so than “just” arson. Gotta be sure you’re not being traced because that’s 100% gonna land you in jail as a domestic terrorist. Also I’d suggest using a long fuse instead of percussion and just lighting it before the thing takes off. Less likely to fail and much easier to build.
