Released in 2011. I’m not sure the USA will withdraw from NATO until just before Russia invades a NATO country, instead using their membership in it to sabotage Europe and to provide information to Russia.

Man that was a great game… until I hit the first boss fight and my all stealth and nonlethal only build was rendered completely useless. Never did play the rest of it, especially when they decided they wanted me to buy it again just to fix that issue.
