Well the US did send Javelin missiles to Ukraine before the start of the war… but only after Trump tried to hold them back in an extortion scheme on Zelenskyy to get him to smear Biden. That resulted in the first impeachment of Trump and since he’s a small and petty worm, he obviously holds a grudge.
And then he had the gall to tell Zelensky to his face ‘I’m the one that gave you javelins!’, even though they were both on that perfect phone call where he tried to extort him.
