Uhauling is/used to be slang for when lesbians move in together so fast that if you’re asleep when they start, it’s done when you wake up.
As in, they meet at the bar, pick up the Uhaul on the way home, and only after unpacking do they scissor and summon the goddess Hecate. Or whatever it is lesbians do in private.
No bullshit, my buddy, Bulldog once moved in with a woman she met on shift at the club we bounced at. She got off of work, went to the woman’s place, apparently got frisky and they started moving that night. A week later my friend moved out lol. Not the woman that moved into her place. Apparently, the woman’s leaving of her previous place made her landlord very angry. Since her landlord was her uncle, and she had been paying like 200 a month for a two bedroom apartment in a fairly big city, she couldn’t find anywhere she could afford to live.
So my buddy crashed with me and my roommate for a week and a few days, then with a coworker/friend for a month, then moved back into her own apartment, all so this woman she’d known for a week, and had fucked maybe three times wouldn’t be homeless.
Which is both ridiculous and one of the reasons I love that damn woman lol.
So is “picking up the uhaul” some euphemism I’m too normie to get or is the implication that the everyone at the bar would go home with them?
