It’s loyalty is to ANYbody, including the ur-demon itself, so long as they’ve got established-presidential-authority. I’d read that Trump wouldn’t vow, not on the bible, not on anything. IF that is true, THEN he isn’t even legally president. Doesn’t matter, anymore, though, does it? The “post-constitution America” that his people were openly discussing, now is. )
