minus-squareAllero@lemmy.todaylinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up2·7 days agoThat’s similar to how I evacuate nightmares. If something weird and/or unpleasant is happening, I concentrate on an intention to wake up, to move back to my bedroom and open my eyes. If that’s a dream, I do indeed wake up.
