    Those are known people, versus calling a stranger.

    I get it. I used to have a lot of phone-related anxiety. I ended up practicing making calls a lot, and now I can call anyone.

    I’d be more mad if my friend let me die because they couldn’t do CPR! All my friends have their first aid certification!

      You’re talking to a person to get a service, you’re not going to socialize with the 911 girl. You are calling to order a pizza, not calling to impress the person in the other side of the phone.

        Phone anxiety is an anxiety, it can’t really be logicked away. But you can sometimes practice it away, desensitize yourself to it.

          It’s definitely a real thing, but not exactly ADHD related (except for how ADHD people seem to often have anxiety too)
