Summary

Elon Musk faced backlash for performing a Nazi salute twice during Donald Trump’s inauguration, with some media outlets downplaying the act as an “awkward gesture” or a “controversial hand gesture.”

Journalists are calling out these outlets for their hypocrisy, highlighting the double standard in prioritizing pronoun usage over such a blatant display of Nazi symbolism.

Critics argue that media outlets should have the courage to call out the salute for what it is, emphasizing the importance of truthful reporting in the face of such actions.

This one shows it even more specifically, for those who are defending it because he went off to the side instead of straight on. Let there be no doubt.

And, now I want to be clear…I’m not saying that he was a great guy, Hitler was an absolute monster…he was also willing to personally wade into the shit to start with. He fought Communists in the streets with a pistol and a whip. You think Melon or the human shaped Cheeto have the testicle to do that? Risk being killed for what they believe in, grotesque as it may be? Not a fucking chance. They’re worse than Hitler, because they’re fucking cowards. At the very least Hitler had the moral fortitude to assassinate a fascist dictator!
