ABC has renewed “High Potential” for a second season.
this is obvious and not good television
I think of it as Dee if she didn’t have the gang constantly pulling her down
i do like this show… but. the drama is a bit too dramatic… maybe just a bit overacted? maybe kaitlin olson just isnt great at it or the writing isnt quite there.
Can someone who has seen this explain. From the commercials I have seen, this seemed very contrived. Is it funny? Is it meta, making fun of other shows of its kind? Maybe I am not the target audience.
its supposed to be like a dramatic version of ‘Psych’, except shes not pretending to be psychic… shes supposed to be some tortured hyper-aware didactic memory having single mom. if they wrote it as a comedy it would come off a lot better. the only scenes that work are the ones with comedic overtones
It’s not great but it’s not terrible, either. The show seems like it doesn’t know what to be. It’s also corny in that having a photogenic memory doesn’t mean you’re also going to notice everything.
Haha, this didn’t look good but it looked like the kinda thing that would get some views and fans. More power to 'em I guess.
