minus-squareSturgistlinkfedilinkarrow-up3·1 month agoAir fryer still wins. Comes out same consistency as in a conventional fryer, but not saturated with grease. Takes a bit longer than deep frying, but I can still go from raw potatoes to chips in under 20mins with 10ml of oil.
