Honestly if this gets all the people who have problems respecting “weird” pronouns/gender identities to leave for .world it’ll probably be a net positive for 196 and blahaj.zone as a whole.
I knew Blahaj was never ‘for’ me, but I always felt comfortable here. Guess that’s over. Ada and the admins have the right to cultivate the community they want to see on Blahaj, and I wish them the best of luck going forward.
I’m going to miss 196 and Femcelmemes, but… well, Blahaj isn’t for me, since I don’t acknowledge ‘dragonfucker’ as a gender.

This is then followed by an overwhelming opposition to the idea of moving to .world. Saying that this is not an option and if at all needs to involve a poll of the community of sorts.
The mod ([email protected]) then deletes all his comments about moving to .world.
Fast forward to now, where they quickly lock the whole community and attempt a coup.

I have problems with it… understanding it at least, but I have zero problems respecting it. I think that might be the key right there.

I think it only indirectly had an effect. Certain users already disliked how things were, and drag was just a hill they thought they could die on.
Doubtful. They’ve had at least one other account banned.
