    I agree with the video. If someone doesn’t understand the ingredient list, have they considered educating themself?

    I actually DO understand the ingredient list shown at the end of the video (except for Lecithin, which I had to look up). My only concern is Coconut oil. It’s still probably less saturated fat than beef.

    Also, I object to the term “plant-based meat”.
