I checked f-droid and now I’m using it after finding out there was apps and not just the web
i Kind of went through all of them, and figured I couldn’t work with any except jerboa, because the interface works for me. (also it has cool themes). But what’s “best” for you, you won’t know until you try.
There is no best, just ones that fit with your style
I tried Liftoff, Thunder, and Voyager and settled on Voyager after Liftoff broke.
Connect is a sturdy good one too if you’re out to test them all. Jerboa is the official one, it’s way less polished IMO, but it probably has all the latest stuff.
Best is obviously a subjective question. You can find a list of apps here. I like and use eternity but voyager, thunder, and sync are all very popular as well. Just download and try them and stick with whichever one you like most.
Also keep in mind that most of these will be configurable with themes and other interface settings, so if you like an app except for that one thing, you might be able fix it yourself
