Funny thing, on Safebooru, this art is tagged with two characters: Ochaco and Kero. Kero resembles a plushie and is tagged as one here, but maybe it’s him.

If I were a character in a fantasy story, I’m totally the floating talking mascot animal. I won’t usually be fighting, but I’m going to drop the magical knowledge when it’s needed. Maybe some light spy duty too.
