With a Christmas Day win over the Steelers and a now 15-1 record, the Chiefs have clinched the AFC’s No. 1 seed.
The AFC road to the Super Bowl now goes through Kansas City.
God I hate dynasties. We just had one. This one needs to get dethroned as soon as possible.

Now 15 and 95 can have a couple more weeks off to rest their injuries, and then it’s on to the three-peat and marching into history.
When I was a kid I used to park cars at Arrowhead Stadium in the cold and we were paid with a free standing room only ticket. This was in the 90’s when it was impossible to get a ticket to the games because of such greats as Derrick Thomas, Neil Smith, and Joe Montana. The Chiefs were like the Bills of today, an amazing team that could never get over the hump in the playoffs.
I enjoy the heck out of this run because of those experiences and just the general knowledge that the Chiefs are never going to be this good when 15 eventually retires.
