Really excited to play the game. Seems like a Game of the Year candidate. Should be released around September 6 for Mac on Steam (and I think GoG)

I really hope it will have cross platform multiplayer. A friend does have it on his Windows PC and we would like to play it together

I thought it had already released on Mac. I am waiting for if on ps5 because I doubt it will run well on my 2018 Air.

I got the early access at the start. I’m beyond stoked. I saw my cousin this weekend who had already beat it on PC though. I warned him not to spoil anything that brat.

There was a early access phase for the Mac version? Or did you play the WIndows version on your Mac?

For the mac version. I can play patch 9 right now. After patch 3 I only dabbled here and there. I haven’t played since patch 6 now. I didn’t want to ruin act one for myself before the whole game came out.

Honestly, not that great. I have the middle-of-the-road 2018 Mac Mini.

It runs ok, but there’s some graphical issues even on the lowest settings possible. In heavily populated areas I have to switch to the overheard view for better performance.

Although I haven’t played since patch 6 (9 was the last one before release). I’ve read since that there have been performance improvements for intel processors and it natively supports M1/2 so if you’ve got one you should have no problems.
