Reuters is quite a bit late to this story. News sites from Burma have been reporting the revival of Rohingya insurgents by Myanmar junta and their cooperation with the junta in fighting Arakan Army in Arakan for sometime now. As a reminder, it was the military that created the Rohingya crisis back in 2017.
