I have had soy’rizo and I picked up another brand from the freezer but keep forgetting to cook it. The soy rizo was okay, but tasted more soy than rizo.
I want impossible (or beyond) chorizo.
I don’t understand how vegan chorizo is not more common. Its such an obvious choice. Its not like actual chorizo tastes like meat.
