Voters failed the country. America’s leaders failed the country. The courts failed the country. Billionaire-backed media failed the country. The only blockade to power left is to organize and to refuse orders that are unjust en masse. If America can survive the next four years, then if America can condemn and repudiate MAGA and say “I don’t want this anymore” for decades to come, if the competition can actually promise to do more than just kind of coast along… maybe there’s a chance. Similar to post-Ronald Reagan’s tenure, America will have decades of problems to fix, in the best of scenarios. In the worst: War is Peace, Freedom is Slavery, Ignorance is Strength. In the middle case, another massive event happens and voters kick out MAGA for another term.
