Newpipe, Piped, Invidious, yt-dlp + mpv + rss feed reader are all libre. Unless you use youtube for its recommendations algorithim, which in that case yeah, nothing to say there.

I never understood this, the only benefit you’d get is getting access to higher quality audio from Youtube Music.
