    162ish bucks a year for each American for 30 years, likely slightly declining as the population grows and likely increasing as the project ends up costing more than anticipated.

        unfortunately, this money is going directly to new nuclear weapons.

        subs, missiles, all that bullshit.

        China and Russia are freaking out the military.
