Sure governments are filled with lazy paper pushers, but at least they are in B.C. and some of them have an interest in proper service and compensation for workers.

The foreign sub-contractor Transdev? They couldn’t care less about quality of service or worker compensation so long as they meet stipulated minimums. What they want is money siphoned out of the organization into executives and shareholders’ pockets.
