Those poor kids. My teens get upset if I leave for a weekend once in a while. I just take them with me now (unless it’s like a Bach or girls trip, but those are rare). We are seeing the world together! And i’m poor lol she could afford to at least bring the 2 middle ones or negotiate for them to come. Teens need us more than we realize. They are changing and transitioning and to feel tossed aside hurts them! Shopping trips don’t make up for absence.
