    Also, that lady is fucked up. Not the duck owner, the duck strangler. Who the fuck strangles a duck?

      The only thing I could think of would be putting the morally wounded animal out of its misery. Terrier teeth are usually fairly sharp, so I’d bet the duck didn’t have too long to live after the dog got to it.
