@sam it was less fiddly back when Nvidia had the game streaming server built into the Nvidia GeForce experience software - now you need to run sunshine as a server for it to work - but it’s letting me playing Baldurs Gate from my bedroom on my MacBook via my much more powerful desktop. Also means you can stream GOG games and the like.
