Some boardgames friends of mine mentioned it (I think they got a copy) but it hasn’t been pushed hard. I played the digital versions of it ages ago though and… I dunno, maybe Talisman just isn’t that interesting of a game?
He describes it as basically snakes and ladders in the review, which in my experience is not too far off the truth.

Because it’s a pretty terrible game?
He pretty much covers that in the review, but it can be a lot of fun with the right people/environment. Personally I might try and get my hands on a copy of his suggestion ‘Escape the Dark Castle’, that sounds fun and looks really nice.
