“Ree but muh Rules” don’t cover direct, repeated, flagrant verbal abuse by the instance’s admin because people had legitimate criticism about the particular ST show they liked and posts they removed, then purged anyone and everyone from the instance who questioned them. Abuse that then spilled over into multiple instances and continued for weeks and had exactly zero help from admins. Perhaps you should read up on the history of exactly how that whole drama played out before you start shitting on them.. Hell, one of the things that even started this drama was ST.W’s mods claiming “well there really aren’t any rules” then proceeded to apply “rules” at random, while admins implicitly allowed and enabled all of this behavior.

This is all dumb Reddit mod power trip bullshit that means nothing over literally nothing, and startrek.website should be ignored by the rest of Lemmy.
