Slapping a nine months old baby? They have no idea, and probably just wanted to pat the cat, pick them up and say no with a calm tone.
If it was a 5 year old, they should know better, even then slapping in this situation is way too much it’s not like they were killing the cat.
That’s just my two cents.
9m is 9 year old male. 9 months would be 9mo. A 9 year old knows better. Imo a 9 year old cat kicker is eligible for very late term abortion.
Ah I missed those details, a nine year old definitely have some explaining to do, and some form of punishment may be needed.
