    Not sure how “good news” ill consider it.

    Captain of vessels aren’t reprimanded regardless as this is that they were ordered to do.

    Ill consider it good news once actual action is taken.

      True, but every step away from war I’ll take lately with all the escalation everyone is doing. I just everyone would chill lol.
