    Routine trip. If the USN wanted to send a message, it would have sent a carrier group.

      I love routinely sailing into a military base that’s not in my country, that the country it’s in doesn’t want, and that is in a country I happen to have embargoed despite the condemnation of every other country on the planet. It’s just routine, after all.

        Frankly, yes it is, unfortunately.

        China do it with artificial islands in seas within the EEZ of other countries, France & the UK stole a bunch of strategically useful lands from their colonies before they got independence, Russia are trying their best to literally invade as many of their neighbours as possible

        All the big guys bully the small guys, it’s been going on for millennia and there’s not a whole lot anyone can do as otherwise your rivals will bully them and you’re behind
