Not hard at all. Looks like it comes loaded with a webserver and a way to set time lapse from a browser. There’s cheaper ways to do this like an ESP32-CAM if you don’t need PoE, but that involves another layer of complexity via a UART adapter and using something like the Arduino IDE to upload code to the board.
