Fallout 4 was already pandering too much to people who don’t like Fallout games with the settlement bullshit and the crappy new skill system!

First of all: where’s that announcement?
Second, and most importantly: that sounds fucking awful! Fallout 4 was already pandering too much to people who don’t like Fallout games with the settlement bullshit and the crappy new skill system!
