A North Carolina Catholic school was legally allowed to fire a gay teacher who announced his marriage to another man on social media a decade ago, a court ruled.
I found this interesting. This seems to go against the popes recent stance of more tolerance and acceptance.
The school is managed by the local church and owned by the diocese. In a lawsuit it’s the diocese that would be sued.
