Recently switched from Guix to Void, mostly because it’s much simpler and I felt that my desktop didn’t need the complexity of Guix.

Maybe, not sure how musl compares to glibc. I quite like Runit and xbps though so I don’t feel like I’m in a rush.

Yeah, I think Hikari combines the best of both. In the rare cases I need to tile, it has that capability but in most cases I have 1-2 windows and find it easier to work with them when the windows are smaller.
Hmm how hard is it to configure and add window decorations? I might take a look at it if I can use it without key bindings
Configuration is straight forward with a file but you won’t be able to use it without keybindings.

I would use it but on my hardware its buggy and unmaintained.
