    I like it when the state department announces these things right before, it seems to work to either stop it from happening or make a fool out of Putin.

      I’m enjoying the mental image of a chess game between Putin and Zelensky with an American hovering nearby calling out Putin’s moves before he makes them… Then sneaking extra pieces onto the board.

    Light on the details. Pure speculation: My guess is that they plan to sink a russian boat with a Romanian flagged ship or something, to give them an excuse to widen the blockade to include Romanian ports.
