I’d like to post more in [email protected] but I’m worried that the current mod has abandoned their account. Is there a process to replace a moderator?
I am also curious about this, another case could be if the mod deletes their account. I wonder if there should be a captched request mod function which auto accepts if no response is given in 72 or 120 hours. Another option obviously is to create birders or birdlife but that might not be the first thought for new bird enthusiasts.
i already tried deleting another account that was the mod of a community, but it didn’t work. that account, despite being deleted, is still the mod. there was also no way to get rid of the community or promote this account as the mod.
