Absofuckinglutely - the housing subsidies aren’t bad but public transit investment would be a lot more impactful. Vancouver has a decent transit system for a west coast city, but the heavy reliance on busses without traffic priority and poor catchment of the skytrain makes it much less useful than the systems in NYC, Boston and far below model cities like Barcelona.
