I don’t understand the mystery. Just give all these micro mobility thingies the same rules we have for bicycles.
Enclosed disability vehicles and microcars are the only ones that I really think we need to be careful about, but unicycles and e-scooters? Come on.
With unicycles you gotta be careful, you don’t wanna get hit by their massive balls if they fall on you.
