One of my worst people in office is the best WFH. She has an attention issue but can hyper focus at home and feels a lot more productive and like she’s contributing so she’s happier. Corporate doesn’t allow WFH but I do under certain circumstances. I figured out how to track her progress in like 5 minutes and continue to fight the WFH fight for employee depts it makes sense for. The main reason isn’t realty space (we have to have warehousing anyway) it’s managing them. Get your heads out of your butts upper management!

When the pointy haired bosses eventually hammer her out of the building, can we have her? We’re unionized remote workers and we like effective people.
