I knew these were AI videos before I even clicked on it, but as a Halo fan I can assure you the cancellation of the Battle Royale is anything but bad news.
I know I’ll get lot of downvotes for this, but it’s the foundation of any community which is not based on circlejerking (sometime going opposite the direction of the common folk).
To be honest, this anti generic AI feelings (AI is bad because it’s ugly and bad) looks to me a bit like the boomer complaining to new generation with smartphone: “get to know real people/don’t stuck your face on that”.
Yes, AI is ugly right now: you need to find the best tool with the resource you have, and still won’t match the actual thing for sometime. But I’d rather make experience with what these tools allow me right now, and improve from there, rather just “do nothing” (can’t hire actors, and my English is not up to the skills of an AI TTS).
