    The man was already on the ground and barely moving when police came and broke his ribs, and somehow this was reasonable and legal?

      The judge discounted the medical doctors review of the kneeing , and opinion that it causes chest injuries. The judge seems highly biased

        Is the judge qualified to do an analysis of the video and what kinds of injury a force to part of a body can do.
        Not saying that he’s right or wrong, but wouldn’t a forensic analyst be the one to make that conclusion?
