I followed this recipe from Serious Eats. Easy and delicious.
I much prefer my onions to be caramelized and sautéed for my burgers, but this does look intriguing. Thanks for sharing!
You need to cut the onion thinner. They’re not frying by the time the burger finishes.
My mom knows how to cook Oklahoma-style onion burger and she has never been there :P
